Using Datakool
By using Datakool, you agree to these terms. We provide web analytics services. You provide us with access to your website's traffic data through our tracking script. Pretty straightforward.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to add analytics to the websites you track
You must not use the service for any illegal purpose
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
Our responsibilities
We will provide the analytics service as described
We will protect your data and your visitors' privacy
We will not sell your data to third parties
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people.
Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your account and analytics data. No hard feelings.
